Dashboards 2.0

As we said at DigitalNow, the next generation of Web 2.0 tools and one of the most important battleground roles for associations will be abstraction tools and services, mashups, and widgets. They will all be part of the tool kit that will help maintain or establish organizations as a trusted source.
