Digital Now 2007 Opening Video Receives National Award

Fusion Productions Wins Top National Media Award

Fusion Productions is being honored for its creativity, message integration and media production by being named “Platinum Best of Show” in the Aurora Awards. This prestigious international award celebrates the ability of media creators around the world to captivate audiences by their creative displays of color and light. Competitors come from the independent, corporate, and freelance production groups, advertising agencies, and broadcast stations, large and small. Entrants in the field of independent film and video are judged on the quality of their technical production for commercials, cable programming, documentaries, industrial, instructional and corporate videos. The roster of Aurora Award winners includes Disney Pixar, Buena Vista Entertainment, The Coca-Cola Company, and Exxon-Mobil.

“Are You Ready?” was the conference opening video for the annual DigitalNow conference. DigitalNow brings together Association CEOs, Executives, and volunteer leaders from some of the most influential professional, trade, and nonprofit associations in America. DigitalNow is produced by Fusion, in collaboration with Disney Institute. The conference is designed to be both a thought-provoking strategic simulation and a hands-on experience for leaders looking to transform and navigate their organization in the digital age.

The Aurora Award honors Fusion for creating a video that relayed the message that served as the underlying theme of the conference. “Are You Ready?” ranked “Excellent” in all areas of the Aurora Award’s judging criteria: Execution, Content and Creativity.
