Creating Lifetime Member Value (Panel)

How do we create that elusive concept called "lifetime member value"? The panelists presented three innovative ways their associations were working to create meaningful value for their members that would keep them coming back year after year.

Shelley Sanner, CAE of the American Council on Education (ACE) presented an innovative ad campaign designed to promote public awareness of the value of higher education with the ultimate goal of influencing legislators to find funding in State legislatures for higher education.

Dr. John Roecker of the Project Management Institute discussed his latest initiative to develop a career ladder for project management professionals, giving them a resource and connection to the association from the start to the end of their careers.

Mark Andrew of Meeting Professionals International showcased a career ladder approach that also tracked members through the advancement of their career.
